Logan James
Logan James died in his home in Lincoln, Nebraska on April 20th, 2008 after suffocating to death while eating a taco. It was assumed that he was laughing at a popular video clip on the internet as he was eating and caused his food to become lodged in his esophagus.
Logan James was born on March 5th, 1985 in Chicago, Illinois. It was said that Logan absolutely loved taco’s and actually moved to Lincoln, Nebraska after hearing they had Taco Town which is supposed to have the world’s best taco. He was attending Nebraska University and studying culinary arts with aspirations to create and start his own taco themed restaurant. Logan James was just recently added into the Guinness Book of World Records for the most taco’s eaten in just under a minute, his record is an astounding 15 Taco’s! Logan only had another year before he attained his master’s degree in culinary arts.
Logan was an only child of his Father, Robert James and his Mother, Rebecca James. Both parents are deeply saddened about the sudden passing of their son. When asked his mother responded through her sobbing and tears “At least he died doing what he loved, eating tacos.”
The funeral services will be held later this week on Thursday, April 24th at 12 pm at the Southern Christian Church. It will be a public funeral and all are allowed to come and pay their respects to Logan. It is said that the CEO of Taco Town himself is actually coming to pay his respects to their most loyal customer.

After reading your obit, you need to have more about the persons background than taco's. Possibly family life, kids, etc.
